What data we collect

We collect only data you provide:

• ·Business name, contact person, phone, city, website/Facebook
• ·Email (if provided)
• ·Message, goals, and AI Snapshot form data
• ·Technical data: IP address and User-Agent for rate limiting and abuse protection
• ·Anonymous conversion events (no PII) — e.g. snapshot_started, form_submit_success

Why we process data

We process data on these bases:

• ·Pre-contract steps — reviewing your request and preparing an AI-ready profile
• ·Legitimate interest — spam/bot protection and product improvement via anonymous stats
• ·Consent — when you check the GDPR consent box on forms

How long we keep data

Lead and snapshot data is kept while operationally useful for review and follow-up, or until you request deletion.

Anonymous conversion events are kept up to 12 months for aggregated statistics.

Rate limit records (hashed IP + counter) rotate automatically and contain no form content.

Third-party sharing

We do not sell data. We may use:

• ·Cloudflare — hosting, CDN, D1 database, Web Analytics (if enabled)
• ·Google Analytics 4 — site visits and events (only if a Measurement ID is configured)
• ·Resend — email notifications for new requests (only if API key is configured)

Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to:

• ·Access your data
• ·Rectify inaccurate data
• ·Erasure when there is no legal basis to keep it
• ·Restrict or object to processing
• ·Lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority

Cookies and analytics

The admin panel uses an httpOnly session cookie (aive_admin) only after successful login.

Cloudflare Web Analytics loads only if NEXT_PUBLIC_CF_BEACON_TOKEN is configured.

Google Analytics 4 (gtag) loads only if NEXT_PUBLIC_GA_MEASUREMENT_ID is configured and may use cookies/_ga for visit statistics.

D1 conversion events contain no personal data.

Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date shows the current version.
